its been a hell of a couple months.

i had a revelation in late december, where i got pissed off that too few people were making beautiful art that i love and connect with deeply. so i said fuck it and decided to do everything in my power to make the art that i wanted to see in the world. i started a youtube channel, made a website, wrote this album, began painting and drawing more, and started writing blogposts. at this moment in time, quality is less important to me than quantity. i went far, far too long without creative activity, and i needed to change that. i felt more inspired in the past 2 months than i have in the past 2 years. im really happy for this to come out, and i promise the next album isnt two years away lmao

willow: for teaching me that music is a process, and writing silly songs is necessary for writing serious ones too

ari: for putting up with my late night recording sessions even though you had work in the morning
